The most helpful advice I received as an incoming student at VT: The most helpful advice I received as an incoming student was "follow your heart." When I left home to come to Virginia Tech my mother told me to follow my heart and that is what I have done. By doing that I have been able to grow and broaden my perspectives in numerous topics that I enjoy. Also when one follows their heart they tend to be happier people, I am the happiest I have ever been. |
