- When is Orientation?
Your specific Orientation session is determined by your academic department. Transfer Orientation sessions are held on June 23, 24, and 25 2007. To obtain your session please visit HOKIE SPA and follow the links to INFORMATION FOR NEW STUDENTS.
- What do I need to bring

- Student ID number - you will be required to have this number in order to get your Hokie Passport (ID)
- students, be sure to bring your driver's license - you will need it for the Hokie Passport (ID) process
- two wallet-size facial photos needed for your college session

- What is the parking situation?
The only parking lot designated for Orientation is the Lane Stadium Lot. A shuttle will run from that lot to check-in. There is ample parking for Orientation.

come?
No, but highly encouraged - we do have a full schedule of events for parents.

activities for younger siblings?
There are no planned activities, but siblings are welcome.
- When do I register for
fall classes?
Registration for fall classes will vary from college to college. You will receive more information on your college website and in academic advising at Orientation.
- What if I can't attend
orientation due to circumstances beyond my control?
