Orientation Checklist: What to do before you come

1. Create your PID.

2. Check your VT email via Webmail (Your VT email account is how VT offices, including orientation, will communicate with you).

3. Sign up for an Orientation date.

4. Have the testing service send AP/IB test scores to Virginia Tech, Office of the University Registrar, 250 Student Services Building, Blacksburg, VA 24061. The school code is 5859.

5. Send official transcripts to Virginia Tech, Office of Undergraduate Admissions, 201 Burruss Hall, Blacksburg VA 24061.

6. Visit your college web site BEFORE attending orientation. Some colleges have steps you need to complete before orientation with deadlines as early as June 10!

7. Download and complete a Health History Form (DUE JULY 31st).
